Where did you find them?
My mom SWEARS by that brand for her fudge, but I think she uses their semi-sweet chips.
You can probably make candy decorations to go with cakes, pipe decorations, use them for cake accents like chocolate wedges, swirls, drips and curls....
I got them at my favorite cake decorating store. I have seen them before,but this is the first time that I have bought them. I got vanilla and milk chocolate.
I also bought some molds for candy. I wanted to try some for my daughter's Bridal Shower.

They are the same type of product as Wilton Candy Melts or Merckens, just a different brand. I've used them for molded and dipped chocolates, and I think they are smoother and a bit better tasting than the other brands. (real chocolate is yummier, but I hate tempering chocolate!)
