i'm making a filling w/egg yolks...it will be cooked into the filling that i am making...
? is can i leave the cake out...or does it have to be refrigerated...

Depends on the rest of the ingredients... pastry cream needs to be refrigerated but lemon curd is ok out.

these are the rest of the ingredients...
i did have another recipe but i lost it...eh well...
Butter
Almond paste
Rich milk or light cream
Sugar
Toasted almonds, ground
Egg yolks
Vanilla

Firstly, depending on the weather in your part of the world. If it is really hot then I would definately refridgerate since it does contain milk. It would also depend on how long it would be before you eat it. If it is the next day or so then that would be okay but if it is longer then I will refridgerate.

ty...it will be eaten the same day or the next day...and in A/C pretty much all day...
