At my sister's wedding dance Saturday my nephew (brother's son) and the ring bearer kept fighting over who was going to dance with my neice (sister's little girl). My neice and nephew are both 3 and the ring bearer was 3-4 so they were all about the same age. The boys got so far as to gently wrestle and she was teasing them by not dancing with either.
The next day my mom asked my nephew about the other little boy and he told her that the other kid kept trying to steal his "wife." When asked who won he told her he did because he took her home with him.
They did ride home together. ![]()
LOL!! that's a riot! I write down all the funny stuff my kids say otherwise I will forget and then what will I tease them with when they are older ![]()
Awwwwww.....that is soo cute!
My son was a ringbearer in my husband's best friend's wedding, he and the flower girl got along so good, my son was calling the flowergirl my girlfriend. He was so sad when she had to go home early that he cried for 5 minutes about it...(I knew he was truly sad so I let him have his cry for a little bit before I helped him get over her.
)
My son was looking at one of my ICES newsletters and he liked the texas cake that has a cowboy on top of it so much that he said he wanted that to be his wedding cake for when he gets a wife. ![]()

Well, at least he asked me to make the cake...so I told him sure, and left it at that.
