Does anyone know of an easy mocha filling recipe? I've been asked to do a chocolate cake with a mocha cream filling & I can't find one in any of my books. There's one here on CC but it doesn't have the greatest ratings icon_sad.gif I haven't tried it though....anyone a mocha maniac?!

I just use cold coffee as the liquid in my buttercream frosting. I supposed you could use really stong coffee for more flavor if needed.
Coffee as the liquid and almond flavoring in chocolate is really good.

Do you think there's a way I could flavour whipped cream with the coffee? And chocolate too?

Generally mocha is a mixture of coffee and chocolate.

Make a whipped ganache ( the WBH recipe is easy and works just fine) just add 2-3 T of instant coffee to the hot cream.
