i am so proud of my son( he is 8 today). he made a cake for his birthday.
I carved it while he was giving me the instructions ( i didn't let him do that because i was scared there would be no cake left after) then i covered the cake for him and the rest is made all by him.
he is very proud keeps going to the refrigerator and checking it out every minute. ps my middle boy made a comment, you know mum i think my brother makes much cooler cakes than you.
So i guess i have a helper from now on

Boy how cool is that. I better not show that to my soon to 8 yr old daughter cause she has cake deco bug as well and she well want to do that cake also. For her party coming in Oct. We will have everyone deco there own personal cakes. She can't wait She has been talking about it for months. Maybe your son would love to do a party like it as well. He had an awesome idea for a cake. Great job
