I have been requested (at the last minute by DH) to do a cookie cake for a company picnic tomorrow. Can I place a BCT on the cookie cake? If so, should I place some BC on the cookie where the transfer will go? I'm afraid that the transfer will take on the not so smooth top of the cookie... any thoughts?
Hope I am not to late to reply...I did my first BCT on a giant cookie. Check in my photos. I just smeared some extra BC on the transfer just before I placed it on the cookie. Just remember your transfer will be raised about 1/4 of an inch off of the surface. I then took my 12 tip and put it under the edge of the transfer and piped a icing wall around the transfer. ![]()
