I am covering a 14"round, 10" square,8"round. 6"square all double layers with white chocolate fondant.. I have 2 questions 1. do you think that 10lbs will be enough? and 2. Has anyone worked with the white chocolate brand/flavor before and do you have any tips/tricks for me? I am doing a wedding cake and it is pretty expensive so I am not going to "play" with it first so I dont waste any, so I was wondering what I am up against.

I think you will have enough. Here's a chart that shows how much you'll need for your cake sizes http://www.cakesbysam.com/store/cart.php?target=product&product_id=21932&category_id=257
