Does anyone here use this to roll our cookie dough? Do you think it would work?

i would think that the cookie dough wouldnt hold up well.. it may get too soft if handled too much. i think you would be better of just using a rolling pin. you could give it a shot and post your results though.

I was thinking it would get too soft as well. Too bad they don't make a home version of the commercial cookie sheeters! That would eliminate the time of rolling cookie dough to the same width!!!

maybe setting it at the thickest setting and putting the dough between 2 strips of parchment paper??

what do you think?

I think it would work but the opening is so small.... only 4" or 5 " on mine but maybe you have one of those fancy ones icon_lol.gif
