you can make choc ganache and use white chicps and just whip it to make it spreadable sp?

you can also add white chocolate ganache to buttercream and whip them together. I tried this recently and it was delicious!

What about taking your fav buttercream and adding melted white chocolate to it?

I think that would work too...I'll have to try it, it'll probably result in more intense flavor.

I make white chocolate frosting all the time. Everyone loves it. Here is the recipe:
Combine 6oz of square white chocolate chopped, 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 cup of milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture is very thick. Cool completely. In a large bowl, cream one cup butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until fluffy. Gradually add cooled white chocolate mixture. Beat at high speed until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream.
