I am new to cake decorating and would like to know beside Wilton school, is there any other good cake decoarating schools. Has any one heard of the McCall's school of cake decoration at Canada? is it good?It seems that alot of people are using Wilton method. Please advice!

I don't know of any myself off hand but would also be curious of any other schools.

Yes!There is one I know which is in Georgia and it is owned by a famous cake decorator Nicolas Lodge, you can check his website: www.nicolaslodge.com , I myself is dying to attend his classicon_sad.gif. Hope this helps...
