At the end of this month, my husband will be returning home from a year long deployment. We'll be having two parties for him...one w/family and the other w/church friends...and that also means two cakes!

I need help with the cake I'll be making for our family!!!!!
For the FAMILY cake, I need help finding a cake recipe that IS NOT too sweet!!!!! I'll be using the Little Hero pan for this one.

Does anyone have a good recipe?

Thanks! =)

The White Almond Sour Cream recipe isn't too sweet, but it has a good taste.

Fresh Orange Cake is yummy too, without to much sweetness.

Banana would be my choice with a cream cheese frosting. Or lemon with lemon curd. Or even a nice spice cake with maple frosting.
