I went and bought a bucket of White BC frosting. I have not tasted it yet but got a great deal. I was buying it from a local bakery at 22.00 for 10lbs. I paid 26 for 28lbs. So lets hope it tastes good! Anyone use this brand and any advice?

i've not tried it myself, but read on CC that a lot of people like the sam's club buttercream. my sam's club doesn't have a bakery, but i would like to try it someday!

kchart, your cakes are beautiful and look yummy. I really like the red and white one.

where do you buy it from, the bakery itself? I bought some from a local bulk store here called Sunday Dinner and it is called Brill, it is ok, kinda taste marshmallow like to me, but I just my own flavorings to it... I have just been crumb coating with it and using it for pipings and last minute cakes, definitely won't be using it forever though...

I bought the bc at Sams a few weeks ago. It's pretty good. It smooths out nicely also. I added some LorAnn lemon flavoring to make some lemon icing and it was great!

The Sam's Club frosting isn't bad at all.
