I made some buttercream yesterday and instead of using the water I used the refridgerated coffee creamer in coconut creme-very yummy. Now I need to be gone most of the day and I really don't want to refridgerate my cake. Will it be ok sitting out in my air conditioned house?

BC recipes that contain milk or cream set out for days, so I wouldn't think this would be a problem. Sugar is a preservative; I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Thank you so much for your quick reply! I feel much better about leaving it out now.
