I am making a cake using the petal pan set and thought the Garrett Frills would look great on this cake only problem is I can't find any instructions on how to make them.

Can anyone or 100 help with this delima, I have to decorate this cake tomorrow.

I'm not sure what Garrett Frills are? Maybe I know them under a different name- can you describe what they are?
