I was just wondering where you all get your fancy cake stands. They are beautiful and I think they add so much to a cake.

And then what is your policy for getting the stand back?

Thanks!

I have made my own, but I am always looking for them at yard sales and thrift shops or at antique shops. As far as getting them back. Write it into the contract. I don't have any that I would be heart broken to not get back, so if they have a deposit on returning things and I don't get it back, then I at least have the money to get another one.

Hi,
I got some really nice stands at Joann's that are actually meant for plants.
They are round and square wrought iron footed stands with some ornate details. The best part is that Joann's always has clearance sales and I got these $40 stands for $ 6 bucks each! ( this was last year)
