which is a good homemade fondant that can handle alot of color. i recently made toba's fondant and i made red and with all the color added in the begining the texture of the fondant was very soft and would not get stiffer. So besides wilton which other recipie would u recommend

Hi, I don't make homemade fondant, but i do have a suggestion, I have had the same problem tinting fondant, if you just let it sit for a few hours, or overnight it usually becomes stiffer again.
