HOw long will the mmf fondant I made be good for in the fridge if I keep it air tight in the saran wrap?

i have one batch of colored mmf double wrapped in plastic wrap and then in ziplock baggie sitting in the cupboard since made Aug. 4 and I have another batch of white (same storage) from early july -- both are still good and ready to use. no fridge necessary

Some say mmf can be kept indefinatly... I say as long as it isn't dried out, you're probably okay. If you want to play it safe, a few months, maybe? Also, it keeps just fine at room temp as long as it's well wrapped, so if you don't have room in the fridge, it's fine in the cabinet.

I second that for you, Doug!

If you keep it super air tight, in plastic and then in a sealed plastic container, it could last quite a while.

If the MMF has already had color added, be sure to keep it in a dark place, too - to keep the color from fading. I keep each color in a gallon-sized ziplock in a storage bin in the pantry.
