This is the cake that I have been so excited to make ever since I started cake decorating!!!.. Thanks to MamaFrog for her inspiration. Her cake was incredible and I hope I did it justice. Overall I was pretty pleased.. I still need work, but definately see progress. HOW EXCITING IS LEARNING SOMETHING NEW!!! Take a look and I welcome all contructive criticism. Have a great weekend.

Yes the whole cake is buttercream and the cutouts are MMF. The colorblock is a FBCT. My second attempt... Still needs work, but better than the last and that is what it is all about. Thanks everyone for the sweet words.

I also have to give credit to my daughter, Britt, she was a big help with this cake.. I could not have done it without her!! She was the color expert and fondant cut out queen!.. Thanks Britt!
