I am trying to make most of the cookies for my wedding in October. I have a recipe for Austrian Peach cookies. It's the cookie that is shaped like a peach with a filling. Does anyone have a different/better recipe for the filling? My recipe calls for instant tea mix, apricots, crumbs from the cookies, etc. Is this the normal filling or does anyone have a better one I could use??

Here's a link to a recipe on this site. It says "Peach cakes," but they are definitely cookies. I haven't made them yet, but they sound delicious.
