I have an order for an aeroplane cake for next month and I have no idea how to achieve the colour green I will need. Here is a pic of the plane I have to recreate - any idea how to make this colour?

TIA

Wow, now that's a color. I'm new to all this, but I'd say try mixing a turquoise with a bit of kelly green?

It looks like it's going to be a lot of trial and error to get the exact color, unless you can find a place that sells odd color pastes. hehe

I'm sorry that wasn't really any help, but I truly hope you're able to get it right. Almost makes me want to go in the kitchen and start mixing just to see if I can achieve that color.

I wish you the best of luck.

Holly

**edit** sugarcraft.com has a lot of unique colors.. powder and gel, so maybe you can find something similar there. again, good luck.

I think I'd start with a light or mid blue icing and gradually add tiny amounts of green! Maybe you could have a practise run on small amounts now, so you know what you'll need when the time comes!

All the best!
