I started my Wilton course #1 tonight. I also signed up for the fondant and gum paste course that is on sunday. Now, I need to purchase new baking pans anyway. But should I just purchase the Wilton 9x3 contour pan instead of the Wilton deep 8 in pan? I know from reading here that alot of people like the 9x3 contour pan for fondant. I am only going to purchase one pan at this time...then wait and get more supplies as I get the coupon in the Sunday paper for half off. Thank you in advance for your response!
