I have had a request for a White Black Forest Cake (from Swiss Bakery?)
There is no chocolate cake, no cherries... it is white cake with a chocolate/carmel inside...

Any clues on this one??? icon_surprised.gif

Ok I got a little more info on what this is, it is layered with meringue and whipped cream with shaved chocolate on it... it comes from the Swiss Pastry Shop in Fort Worth TX....
