I have read some of the posts and have seen LorAnn oils refer to a lot as a source of flavor for icing. How would you go about substituting for regular flavorings??? Their website says these are extra strong. I have placed an order for a few of their flavors, and would appreciate some guidance from those that have used them before.

There was a thread a few weeks back on this - I think for 1 tsp of regular use about 1/8 of Lorann.

Some of the Lorann oils, especially the mints, also enhance over time, so if it is for icing, you may want to start out with a very small amount and let it set overnight to "cure". Then taste and take it from there.
