What does it tastes like? Is it any good? I've seen lots of posts regarding pettinice and fondx but not chocopan. How well does it rank with the others? Thanks in advance...

I have worked with both Satin Ice and Choco-Pan. My husband likes the taste of Satin Ice better. I think both are easy to work with but Satin Ice was a little "softer". Hope this helps.

Its not sticky its soft, so you have to work with it carefully. I found it to stretch as it got warmer and to tear abit, but mending a tear really wasn't that hard. I do really need more practice with the stuff and plan to practice some more.

I really love the taste of the wedding white and of the caramel fondant. Its really worth the hassle. I did cover the cake when it was cold so that helped with the tearing and stretching issue, I also roll on a granite countertop, that helps too, cause it tends to me colder.
