There is a Cake Camp at the Riviera in LV this weekend. Does anyone know if the general public (me) can get in to the retail part without participating in the cake camp?

not sure, but I know with most other events like ICES shows, you can usually pay to just get in to shop or see the displays. It should say on the cake camp web site. I wanted to go to that, but I can't justify the expense after just having gone to TX in July for the convention! It would be fun! have you been to the cake camp web site?
