Does anyone use cream cheese icing for regular white cakes?? I'm wondering if this would be good......I absolutly LOVE the crusting cream cheese icing recipe on this site! icon_lol.gif

I use it for regular white cake all the time. It is such a creamy rich flavor I usually end up also using a filling. Something like raspberry filling or blueberry since its summer. It gives a great contrast and helps bring out the creaminess. Kinda the same reasoning that blueberry or strawberry creamcheese goes great on a bagel!! thumbs_up.gif
