How Long Can This Cake Be Left Out?

I made a cake for the office; it's filled with cookies & cream (the kind with whipped cream). It was refrigerated until this morning, but now it has been sitting out all morning and I am getting worried. The office is air conditioned, but I don't want anyone to get sick!
I've searched the forum but for some reason not found an answer; sorry if this question has been asked before!
it wil be fine. cakes with whipped cream can usually sit out for hours
