I have an order for a baby shower cake that I need to have done by Fri 6/24. The cake is French vanilla and I'm not sure what to use for filling. Normally I just use BC--but that's just 'cuz I don't have any other good ideas icon_redface.gif Any suggestions? I guess it would have to be something neutral...don't want any sick pregnant mommas...not good for business icon_biggrin.gif

P.S. I can't ask the customer. She is coming home from vacation, picking up the cake and leaving for the shower!

Thanks!

I would probably say do a simple bavarian cream that doesn't need to be kept cold. You usually can't go wrong with a "pudding" type filling like bavarian cream. I just recently found a store local to me that sells sleaves of this stuff....what a life saver!!!
