I don't sift my flour and I only use vanilla flavoring in my NFSC. I don't think you wil have any problems.

Ditto! I do not sift my flour and I do not use almond flavoring. You should be fine!

Do I use a greased or ungreased cookie pan. Can you tell I don't bake cookies?

I roll cookie dough between sheets of parchment paper and transfer the cut cookie (with parchment paper) on an ungreased light colored, insulated cookie sheet.

I don't grease my cookie sheets. There's so much butter in the dough they don't stick. And I use vanilla and only sometimes sift my flour and they really turn out great every time! I love them. Good luck!

My cookies kept shape very well. Will the cookies get hard enough so they don't break? I had my wisdom tooth pulled today and I'm baking cookie to keep my mind off the pain. So if my question seem silly please bear with me. Also my dough was cracking up a bit but I managed to work with it. Could it be something I did wrong?

They'll get hard. I stack mine sometimes. I hope they turned out well!
