I have been asked to do a wedding cake and the bride would like it to be chocolate. She has seen some cakes decorated with what looks like chocolate straw shapes surrounding the cake layers. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can either learn how to make these, or even purchase them? I feel so STUPID I don't even know the proper name for them. icon_redface.gif Thanks so much!!!

(this is only one source)

some really talented people who work w/ chocolate a lot will make their own.

I prefer premade.

Thanks for asking the question....I have been wanting to use these as well and it helps to know how to make them if you are ever in a time crunch. Have I mentioned how much I love this site??
