I have been asked to do a wedding cake and the bride would like it to be chocolate. She has seen some cakes decorated with what looks like chocolate straw shapes surrounding the cake layers. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can either learn how to make these, or even purchase them? I feel so STUPID I don't even know the proper name for them.
Thanks so much!!!
Are they chocolate cigarillos like in this picture? http://www.icinghouse.com/images_pop/allison_wed_pop.jpg

I prefer premade.
Thanks guys. I will check these places out.
I feel better now, knowing what these are called. I couldn't describe them. Thanks again!!! ![]()

Thanks for asking the question....I have been wanting to use these as well and it helps to know how to make them if you are ever in a time crunch. Have I mentioned how much I love this site??
Thank you very much sweetviolent!!!! I think I can actually do these. I just need to have an assistant to do the tape part. Maybe the kids will help. I will save this link. Thank you very much to everyone. ![]()
