I have to deliver a cake Saturday. Can I bake it today (Wednesday) wrap in saran wrap (without freezing) and frost on Friday. I'm sure this question has been asked many times but I couldn't find it in the forums. Thanks for your help.

Depends on what kind of cake it is. I've got one due on Saturday and I will bake it tomorrow night. You will be okay, as long as it's not too hot and humid. You might want to stick it in the fridge.

I am sure it will be fine if you don't have a filling in it that will soak into the cake. I always freeze mine even if it for 1-2 hours to firm up a bit. if you are filling it I would fill it the day or night before at the earliest. Hope this helps
