Hello everyone,

I was wondering if some of you had any ideas on what kind of "candy melts" to use when making a chocolate transfer. I have tried to use the Wilton candy melts in the past for other decorations and they melted within a block after being in the refridgerator overnight. I am going to attempt my first transfer this weekend and I have to transport it on a cake that I will be delivering at least 45 minutes away. And where I am from it is so hot that the devil refuses to come visit for fear of burning his but off icon_evil.gif . Any suggestions on the candy melts or even a way to keep it from melting during transport would be helpful. I hadn't even heard of these until I came upon this web site. Thank You in advance.

Lil

OMG! I am planning to do a cake with CT's on it. It will be for an outdoor party and I totally forgot about the melting factor. Now I am worried. Does anyone know at what temp. they melt??
