I have a customer requesting marble cupcakes..how in the world would you attempt this? I have made numerous marble cakes but never cupcakes. Any suggestions?

Swirl the chocolate into the batter in the bowl then carefully scoop it into the cups. HTH

Use the same batters, but pour them in cupcake pans...is there something we missed in the description of what she wants?

I would do it the same way you marble you cakes and do the swirl before placing the batter in the cups.

I'm different and backwards from everyone lol I would add the yellow cake batter to the cups and THEN drop a spoonful of chocolate batter on top and take a tooth pick or butter knife and swirl it icon_wink.gif

I bet something like this would make cupcakes pretty easy for marbling (heck probably even a cake) You could do this pretty easy with 3 disposable bags of your own, fill two then put them in the third and snip off the end.
