Here is a couple cakes I got off of the web when I did a Google search.

he first one is fondant and the second one looks to be an edible image!!
If you did a wrestling one you could use pretzle rods and licorice(sp) for the ropes. and make a ring. Then you could make wrestlers out of fondat. Or you could buy the figures but that is pretty exprensive. You could decorate it to liook like a real ring.
