Oops - suffering from jet-lag! I am currently baking a chocolate cake using the cake mix extender (which I've done a zillion times). While going thru the fridge I realized I forgot to add some yummy coffee flavored yogurt. OOPS - what do you think will happen. Will it tastes awful or just not be very dense and moist?

I put in everything on the cake mix extender recipe except the yogurt (e.g. 1 cup flour; 1 cup sugar; coffee flavoring; egg; salt).

I think the yogurt and sour cream add the extra density needed to make moist. It looks a little dry so I wrapped it to freeze and I'll see what it tastes like when I level it.

Today is just one of those days I need to slow down and relax...
