HI -
I'm wondering what you all use for a contract with customers. Did you draw up your own contract? I'm wondering what all you would put in it.

Thanks
Suzanne

i have not made up any contracts myself yet, but i would DEFINATEL suggest you make statements that include:
-% of payment up front (this should cover, at least, cost for making cake)
-you are not liable for damages if person picks up cake themselves
-delivery charges and setup fee, if any
-return policy, if you have one

hope this helps...i know these are just some of the things i will include in my contracts once i have more customers.
