I am doing a 3 tier wedding cake and I plan to use push in pillars. The bride wants the following sizes for the cakes (I'm doing them all double layered) 14 in, 10, 6 in.
First.......will those sizes look okay ??

Second.....how do I know what size push in pillars to buy?

Third...is there a way for me to know how much space will be in between (height wise) each layer? Because she wants to have clear crystal snowflakes in between each layer as a decoration.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!!!!

Are you talking about spiked pillars? the ones that are pushed into the cake and you dont need to use dowelling with? They come in 7" and 9" from Wilton. If you use a 7" and your cake is about 4" you will have 3" of space between them. The 9" will have about 5". It all depends on the look you want.
