First, thank you to everyone that answered my questions on this and to others who have made pool cakes...they were great inspiration!

So, this was for my niece's 3rd birthday. Her mom picked out the doll and had me design the cake around it. This is what I came up with. She (and others at the party) loved it! I even had a couple comments from people saying they don't usually like cake but it was really yummy! I doctored a yellow cake mix with the extender and butterscotch pudding and used a cookies and cream filling. It was an 11x15 (which was interesting to torte!)...my first sheet cake. My 2nd attempt at fondant figures.

the design is great and it sounds yummy (and looks refreshing as hot as it is today)! Makes me want to "dive in" for more than one reason!!
