Should a frosting with powdered coffee creamer be refrigerated? thanks!

coffee creamer is nondairy, you should be fine

what about the liq. creamer? Does it need chilled? I'd like to try it w/ liq creamer, but haven't because I thought it would need to be chilled, Anyone try it?
