I just finished course III tonight. Here is a pic of my cake. Please see it in my photos. My photos are to large to attach. I had so much fun making it and creating it. All mmf, butterflies, roses and pearls dusted with pearl dust. Now that it is done, I think I should have had a little more color in there. But hey, it was my first one. Thanks!!!

You did a great job! thumbs_up.gif All your cakes look fabulous!

I will begin the classes next month on September 6th. I have been decorating for a year, but classes are not offered in my town. I finally found someone to carpool with.

Keep decorating and I look forward to seeing more of your cakes.

I'm sorry but what does MMF mean? Is it a type of Fondant?

Your cake is beautiful. I just finished course 2 and can not wait until I have the time to take course 3. I can only hope that my course 3 cake will turn out as nice as yours.

MMF is marshmellow fondant. There is a tutorial under articles on how to cover a cake with it. Also there is a recipe for it under the recipe's. If you do a search in the forum for mmf you will learn a lot! That is what I did. There is a plethera of information on it. I really like the mmf, it is easy to make and easy to work with.
