I have always made my cakeballs with buttercream icing and coffee flavoring. But I was wondering if I could use only the coffee flavoring? I really don't feel like making icing just for the cakeballs. I bought some of the chocolate raspberry flavoring and I wanted to try it today.

Thats all I have used and worked fine. Just make sure not to add to much or all will be soggy. Just add a little at a time until you get the right consistancy. Good luck

i just picked up some of the chocolate raspberry flavoring for cake balls myself. i am making them later. hope yours tastes good!!!

I do this all the time!! It just depends on what I have to mix in with the cake!!! But make sure you do what tallmama said - do it a little at a time!!!
