Hi, well, I was thinking, why don't we all share the serving charts we go by to have a UNIVERSAL serving chart and compare what we all go by. I know it really depends on the size you cut the serving and how big the customer wants the servings to be but hey... I thought it might be useful icon_rolleyes.gif . Here is mine...

Hi,
I posted some pictures in the templates gallery of rounds and rectangle shaped cakes that I actually sat down and measured out myself.

It shows how to slice the cakes and how many servings each has.

The one I use is from Dianes and just keep to this one. I get really confused with all the different ones. This is for mudcakes and flavours. For fruit cakes I suggest the servings be cut 1" x 1"x 3"
so out of a 10" square you would get 100 servings. Like to see what everyone else uses.
