can any one tell me recipe for a rich and creamy but not too sweet buttercream recipe.

It tastes good but I find it a little soft for decorating and somewhat hard to smooth out.

If you go look under recipes, under frostings, you will find a whole bunch of recipies. I just recently tried the Whipped Cream Buttercream recipe and really think this is a good recipe for anyone looking for a less sweet, lighter type buttercream.

i want experimented recipes. And good suggestions. I am also looking forward for a less sweet buttercream recipe.
