Key Limes are quite small, probably half the size of regular limes. I think they are more tart as well, but it may just be my tastebuds. If you are looking for just Key lime juice, Trader Joe's carries it.

yes, a big difference. The key lime juice tastes much different, more acidic. Fresh key limes are wonderful for flavoring, but Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice in a bottle is the next best thing.

Here's a link to Key Lime Info.

I'm in Michigan and I buy the bottled key lime juice from the local grocery stores. And fresh key limes are in the produce by the limes but usually in a bag.

Key limes are smaller and they pack a stronger tart flavor than regular limes, also the flesh is whiter in color. If you are dealing in juice I am guessing the same would carry over. Key limes are very tasty but you may have to adjust other ingredients if it is too tart for your taste
