Dear Friends!
I saw topic about buttercream icing I was very confused with it. I want a good buttercream recipe. I have not doen cake for outside people now...But people are asking for cakes. I want a very good recipe and easy to do. what is swiss butter cream what its recipe. What is WBH house buttercream and what is its recipe really need help

I use the crusting buttercream recipe from this site (listed under the viva method) and have never tried anything else.
I'm curious to know as well, so here's a bump..
