In three weeks I am going to be making my first topsy turvy cake and I want to use fondant. but Wiltons is gross. Is they another recipie or fondant that taste great but works as well as wiltons. (This is very high profile customer and WILL generate tons of business if all goes as planned)

Do a search for MMF or Marshmallow Fondant in the forums. That's where I found it. It is easy & tastes much better than Wilton's. You can also roll it out thinner & I think it smooths easier.

If it is an important customer, splurge and buy yourself some Satin Ice. It tastes good, is easy to work with, and doesn't crack.
