How Come Sometimes I Dont Get Notified Of Responses?

Just wondering if anyone else is not recieving emails consistently of replys to topics? Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont. Just curious...

same with me...sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. must be a glitch.

Same thing here. Sometimes I get notified of one response, and see that there have been 4 over the last couple of days. I'm glad to hear it's not just me.

I agree. I also have a problem getting responses from new posts I write. If I do not go back to my message and click on Watch This Topic, I do not know if anyone ever posted responses to my subjects.

I think that when you post a topic.. It should automatically be put on your watched list.

The other thing is.. when I post a reply to something.. I don't always want to watch that topic and have to go back and "stop watching"

Same here. I was watching the "august cookie theme thread" and what's for supper thread" and for some reason I stopped getting emails about new replies. Then when I go to check them I missed oddles of pages.

It seems to have gotten worse in the last week or so - I used to get notified but now.. nothing!

I have had that happen once. I went to "my account" at the left in the pink box... and clicked on "My Forum Info". I scrolled down to "My preferances"and found that the boxes that state to notify my of replies and posts had been changed to "no". I changed them to "Yes" and have had no more problems.
