Magic Cake Boxes?

I was just watching Dora with my son and it was Boot's birthday. Dora was having a party for him. She had his birthday cake in her backpack! I said something to my son about how that you couldn't do that in real life and he said - "well watch Mom. The cake is in a box!" icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Apparently that box is all that was needed. Even when Swiper the fox stole the cake and threw it in the jungle - the cake was perfect!

I need to find me some of those magic boxes!!

Steph...........Oh how funny! Wouldn't it be nice to be a child again and acutally believe all that stuff.........I think it's wonderful what imagination kids have and Dora..........she's the best!

I agree... kids do have wonderful imaginations. Maybe we should get them to think up our cake designs! Of course, I don't know if I would be able to execute waht he comes up with.

Funny you say that..........my 11 year old daughter actually designed the cake for my 8 year old daughter's first communion back in May.........she is an incredible artist, and I wanted to do something really unique.....she sketched it all out, and of course her sketch turned out better than the cake!
