Yesterday I went to the Cake Decorators Guild of NSW "Challenge" Competition at Rose Hill Race Course in Sydney. I thought that the standard of cakes that were on show was ouitstanding and as for the first place cake which was a wedding cake it really is something to aspire to. I would like to be one quarter as good as this cake decorator, her work is exceptional.
