What did I do wrong? I made the crusting cream cheese buttercream and it is sooo soft. NO way I can decorate with it. I am going to frost the cake with it and figure out something else for decorating. Why is it so soft? I added more than enough conf. sugar. I have it in the fridge now with a crumb coat. Any advice is appreciated.

I would just try adding MORE confectioners sugar...anyone else have any ideas???
